The Passion and Resurrection Narratives
This Little Rock Scripture Study series, led by Collin Backus, examines how each of the four Gospels depict the passion, death, and resurrection of Jesus.
Tuesdays at 10 a.m. (6 sessions starting on March 7):
The Bible and the Sacraments
This video series from the St. Paul Center for Biblical Theology will investigate the biblical roots of the seven sacraments.
Wednesdays at 9:30 a.m. (starting on March 1):
The Last Words of Jesus: a Meditation on Love and Suffering by Fr. Dan Horan, OFM
A book discussion reflecting on the traditional seven last words of Jesus as recorded in the four Gospels. Please call Pam Shehan (her number is in the bulletin) by Wednesday, Feb. 22 if interested.
Wednesdays at 7 p.m. (3 sessions starting on March 22):
How Does the Cross Save Us?
Fr. Busch will explore the various ways the death of Jesus has been understood in the Catholic theological tradition as a means of atonement and reconciliation.
